Website for a photo and film studio.

I designed and built the website for Impacto Mídia, which shoots photo and video of weddings, birthdays and graduations in Sergipe, including drone footage. The site has a portfolio grid, testimonials and quote requests over WhatsApp.

01 · problem

In the portfolio grid, some photos take half the screen and others a quarter. With a single sizes value, the browser downloaded the same resolution for both: the large photo came out blurry and the small one downloaded more than it needed.

02 · decision

Each cell size in the grid declares its own sizes value, matching the CSS breakpoint. That table has to be updated by hand when the grid changes. The testimonial carousel got an ARIA region with aria-live, and its cards now respond to the keyboard.
